Where's my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email. Orders placed before 11:30am (Mon-Fri) are dispatched same day.
How do I return an item?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items. Email us with your order number and we'll send you a returns label.
How long do refills last?
Each refill lasts 2-3 days depending on usage. Check our refill bundle for the best value.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the UK. International shipping coming soon!
