We want you to feel confident shopping with Flair. If you're not completely happy with your experience, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened and unused, in the same condition you received it
  • In its original sealed packaging, for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

🚫 Note: We cannot accept returns of opened or used items due to strict health and safety standards.

How to Start a Return

We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide full instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

  • Used or opened Flair inhalers
  • Used or opened Flair flavour refills
  • Custom or personalised products
