We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional policies referenced here: our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Shipping policy and Subscription policy.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We may refuse service to anyone for a valid reason, such as suspected fraud or misuse.

Card information is always encrypted during transfer and is handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service or access to the Service without our express written permission.

Section 3 – Products

Our products, including the Flair Inhaler and flavour refills, are available online through our website. Products may have limited quantities and returns or exchanges are handled under our Refund policy.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen will show them exactly.

We may limit sales of our products to any person or region, and limit the quantities of any products we offer. Prices and descriptions may change, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order (or, for subscriptions, as set out in our Subscription policy).

Section 4 – Subscriptions

Some refills are available on a recurring subscription. By choosing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Section 5 – Health and safety disclaimer

The Flair Inhaler is designed for wellness and aromatherapy purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

By purchasing and using this product, you are responsible for using it as directed and in line with any regulations that apply where you live.

Section 6 – Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for any business losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Section 7 – Indemnification

You agree to compensate Flair Ltd for any reasonable losses, including legal costs, that we suffer as a direct result of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 8 – Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Section 9 – Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
