Swap flavours, change how often you get refills, pause, skip an order or update your address. We'll make the change and confirm by email.

How to cancel in your account

  1. Sign in Tap Cancel in my account above (or the person icon at the top of any page). Enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit code. No password needed.
  2. Use the same email you used at checkout Your subscription is linked to that exact address. If you signed up with @gmail.com, log in with @gmail.com (not @googlemail.com).
  3. Enter the newest code Codes can take a minute and sometimes land in spam or promotions. If you request more than one, only the latest code works.
  4. Open Subscriptions → Cancel Choose your subscription, then Cancel. If a renewal was already charged, that order will still arrive.

Can't sign in? Email us with your name and the email you used at checkout and we'll cancel it for you.

Is there a minimum term or a cancellation fee?
No. You can cancel any time. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

Can I change flavours or pause?
Yes, in the subscription portal, or email hello@chooseflair.com and we'll do it for you.

Can't get in?
Email hello@chooseflair.com with your name and checkout email and we'll cancel it for you.

I was charged after I meant to cancel.
Email us straight away. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund it. If it has, you can return it unopened under our Refund policy.
