Every Flair inhaler is built to last. If yours develops a fault, we'll replace it free of charge for as long as you own it.
What's covered
- Flair inhalers (including Walnut, Oak and the inhaler in the Starter Set) bought from chooseflair.com.
- Faults in materials or workmanship that stop the inhaler working as it should under normal use, for example a cracked body, a broken airflow adjuster or parts that no longer fit together.
What's not covered
- Flavour refills, which are consumables.
- Rubber tips, the magnetic mount, cases and other accessories.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, marks or changes to the wood finish over time.
- Accidental damage, such as drops, crushing or water damage.
- Misuse, modification or using the inhaler with anything other than Flair refills.
- Lost or stolen inhalers.
- Inhalers bought from anyone other than Flair or an authorised Flair retailer.
What we'll do
If your claim is approved, we'll send you a replacement inhaler. If that model is no longer available, we'll send the closest equivalent. The warranty covers replacement only, not refunds.
How to claim
- Email hello@chooseflair.com with the subject "Warranty claim".
- Include your order number (or the email you ordered with) and a photo or short video showing the fault.
- We'll reply to confirm your claim. We may ask you to send the faulty inhaler back first.
We cover the cost of posting your replacement to you within the UK.
Who it's for
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and isn't transferable. If you received your inhaler as a gift, the gift-giver's order details are fine.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected. If something arrives faulty, you may also be entitled to a refund under our Refund policy.
