Delivery options
England & Wales
- £1.99: 2–4 working day delivery
- £2.99: Next day delivery (order before 11:30am, Monday–Friday)
Scotland, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man
- £1.99: 2–4 working day delivery
Free delivery applies to qualifying orders and to subscription orders. The options and prices available for your order are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and aren't guaranteed, especially at busy times.
Order processing
- Orders placed before 11:30am, Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:30am, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Subscription orders
Subscription renewals are dispatched after your renewal is charged, following the same processing times. To change the delivery address on a subscription, email hello@chooseflair.com before your next renewal date. See our Subscription policy.
Where we ship
We ship to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We don't currently ship elsewhere.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll look into it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please check your delivery address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided.
