If your diffuser arrives faulty or develops a fault under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge.
Because this kit includes essential oils and a device that comes into direct contact with them, we can only accept returns on faulty or damaged items — not unused stock. Email hello@chooseflair.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue and we'll sort it.
The diffuser is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This is a waterless aromatherapy diffuser using 100% pure essential oils. It is a lifestyle wellness product — not a medical device, medicine, or treatment.
Diffuser: for indoor use only. Place on a flat, stable surface. Do not submerge or expose the unit to water. Charge only with the supplied USB-C cable. Do not disassemble.
Oils: for inhalation use only — do not ingest. Always diffuse in a well-ventilated room. Keep oils out of reach of children and pets. Some oils (e.g. tea tree, eucalyptus, citrus) are not recommended around cats or young children.

Why this diffuser is different
It directly atomises essential oil into 1–3 nanometre particles, preserving the oil's molecular structure so the scent is fuller, deeper, and more therapeutic than what heated or water-based diffusers can produce.

First use & charging
- Gently push the button at the bottom of the diffuser with your fingers.
- Remove the empty bottle and replace it with a new bottle of essential oil.
- Refit the nozzle. The triangle symbols on the nozzle must match each other.
- Install the assembly back into the diffuser body.
Note: If the essential oil is not used up during a bottle swap, keep the unit upright. Tighten the nozzle assembly so it cannot loosen and the oil cannot leak.
The diffuser charges over 5V DC USB-C. Use any standard USB port adapter, or a car charger with a USB port.
- While charging: the light above the Type-C port is on.
- Fully charged: the charging light stays solid red.
- Battery low: when in use and the remaining battery is below 15%, the light flashes red 3 times per second (quick-flash) — time to charge.
Cordless and waterless, so it goes wherever you do:
- Bedroom — wind-down ritual with Lavender or Ylang Ylang on the timer
