Each 10ml bottle gives around 30–60 hours of diffusion, depending on intensity — roughly 4 weeks of daily 30-minute sessions.

With the Flair waterless diffuser:

1. Twist the cap off your 10ml bottle
2. Drop the bottle into the diffuser's dual-bottle holder
3. Tap the power button — pure mist fills the room within seconds
4. Flick the lever to switch between two oils mid-session

Other uses: standard water-based or ultrasonic diffusers (follow manufacturer drop count), or dilute with a carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond) at 1–3% for topical use. Never ingest essential oils.
