By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the policies they refer to: our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Shipping policy and Subscription policy.
We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. Changes won't affect orders already placed. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Our products are not suitable for anyone under 18.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any laws (including health and safety regulations) in using the Service.
2. General conditions
We may refuse service for a valid reason, such as suspected fraud or misuse.
Card information is always encrypted and handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
3. Products
Our products, including the Flair Inhaler and flavour refills, are sold online through our website. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund policy.
We make every effort to show products and colours accurately, but can't guarantee your screen will display them exactly.
We may limit quantities or sales to any person or region. Prices and descriptions may change, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order (or, for subscriptions, as set out in our Subscription policy).
4. Subscriptions
Some refills are available as a recurring subscription. By choosing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. There's no minimum term or cancellation fee, and you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Full details are in our Subscription policy.
5. Health and safety
The Flair Inhaler is designed for wellness and aromatherapy purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. See our Health & Safety page.
6. Limitation of liability
We don't guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
